Meet municipality-owned public housing companies at this matchday that we hold for Sveriges Allmännytta – Public Housing Sweden’s Digital Transformation Initiative.

The public housing companies are looking for startups that develop a wide range of smart solutions within these areas:

• Communication: Solutions to improve the dialogue with their tenants
• Smart home: Solutions for home safety and home care for the elderly.
• Energy effectiveness: Solutions towards the effectiveness of the home consumption of energy and smart energy management.
• Waste management: Waste disposal, recycling, and solutions towards a change in waste management practices.
• Security and safety: Solutions to increase security in common areas (motion sensors, security alarms, monitoring, platforms for communication between tenants, lighting, urban planning, etc).
• Digitalization: Digitalization and automatization of administrative processes, CRM and task management solutions, etc.
• Customer service: Solutions to improve service experience and digitalization.
• Sustainable buildings: Smart and sustainable solutions for construction, laundry, bicycle and car parking, carpooling and e-mobility.
